Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them to their tables
• Present menu and explain items to customers clearly
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve orders on time with proper presentation
• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Check on customers during dining and handle requests politely
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service
• Upsell food & beverage items when required
• Follow restaurant rules, grooming standards, and service procedures

✅ Requirements

• Experience as waiter in restaurant/café is preferred
• Good communication skills (English required, Hindi preferred)
• Friendly attitude and customer service skills
• Must be active, well-presentable, and hardworking
• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
