Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure smooth service, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and team performance.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor waiter/waitress performance and customer handling
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for timely order processing
- Assist in handling customer complaints politely and professionally
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards for staff
- Manage shift schedules, duty assignments, and staff attendance
- Support training of new staff on restaurant service procedures
- Check stock availability (items, packaging, supplies) and report shortages
- Ensure restaurant opening/closing procedures are followed correctly
- Report daily activities and issues to the Restaurant Manager
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor in restaurant/café operations
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication skills (English required, Hindi preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy hours
- Must be active, responsible, and well organized
✅ Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of POS system and basic reporting
- Experience in UAE restaurant operations is an advantage
- Customer service and upselling skills
