Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and profitability.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
- Supervise and support staff (waiters, cashier, kitchen team, cleaner, delivery)
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order preparation and food quality
- Monitor stock levels and arrange purchase requests
- Prepare daily sales reports and control cash handling
- Plan staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocations
- Train staff on service standards, grooming, and customer handling
- Ensure restaurant targets are met (sales, customer satisfaction, efficiency)
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Restaurant Manager / Supervisor
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication skills (English required, Hindi preferred)
- Knowledge of POS system and basic reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours
- Must be well organized, professional, and responsible

- Upselling and customer engagement skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Experience in UAE restaurant operations is an advantage
