Job Summary

We are hiring Kitchen Helpers to support daily kitchen operations in hotels/restaurants in Croatia. The candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, preparing basic ingredients, and ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling vegetables, basic prep work)
• Support chefs during busy service hours
• Clean and wash utensils, dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Help in arranging and storing food items properly (FIFO method)
• Dispose waste properly and follow sanitation procedures
• Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
• Follow food safety and health standards at all times

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen work and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit (standing long hours, lifting kitchen items)
• Teamwork and good attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
