Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a Gardener to maintain and improve outdoor green areas such as gardens, lawns, parks, hotel landscaping, and residential or commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for planting, watering, trimming, and keeping the landscape clean and healthy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees as per landscaping plan
• Water plants regularly using hose/sprinkler systems
• Mow lawns, trim hedges, and prune trees and plants
• Remove weeds, dry leaves, and maintain garden cleanliness
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely (as instructed)
• Maintain soil quality (digging, leveling, composting)
• Clean and maintain gardening tools and equipment
• Support landscape team in garden design and seasonal work
• Ensure safety and proper handling of tools and chemicals

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Gardener / Landscape Worker preferred
• Basic knowledge of plant care and watering schedules
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit (standing, bending, lifting)
• Hardworking, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
• Basic English communication is an advantage
